Surface material "Miracle Sand"

Approximately 3 times the water retention capacity! The main raw material is an inorganic porous lightweight foamed material, 70% of which is silicon and is non-toxic.

"Miracle Sand" is a surface material known as soil-based paving material in the field of civil engineering. It has the same properties as "weed-proof soil" and "solidifying soil" sold at home improvement stores, but its water retention capacity is completely different. With its high water retention capacity, it can reduce evaporative heat during the summer heat wave, making it possible to alleviate the extreme heat and provide coolness. [Features] ■ The main raw material is an inorganic porous lightweight foamed material, with 70% being silicon, which is harmless. ■ It has the same properties as "weed-proof soil" and "solidifying soil" sold at home improvement stores. ■ Approximately three times the water retention capacity. ■ It can reduce evaporative heat due to temperature rises from summer heat waves with its high water retention capacity. ■ It is also effective for weed control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Super Sol Construction Case] A case using L2 and L4 for the backfill of a retaining wall.

This is a construction case study for the pedestrian bridge development at Nago Castle Park's babbling brook square.

We would like to introduce a case study of the construction of the artificial lightweight material "Super Sol," made from crushed and sintered waste glass. This case involves the use of L2 and L4 behind a retaining wall. Super Sol was adopted for the access road (sidewalk) of the bridge. Considering the impact of water, Super Sol L4 with a specific gravity of 1.1 was laid below the high water level, while Super Sol L2 with a specific gravity of 0.4 was used above the high water level, utilizing a two-layer system. 【Construction Case Study】 - Project Details: Nago Castle Park Stream Square Pedestrian Bridge Improvement Project - Usage Category: Civil Engineering / Lightweight Fill Structure Backfill / Roadbed Retaining Wall - Client: Okinawa Prefecture - Construction Location: Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture - Required Performance: Lightweight, Soil Pressure Reduction, Strength For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Data] Increase in Yield

By mixing an appropriate amount of "Gracera" into the soil, granular structure is possible! We will introduce it using photos for comparative cultivation, etc.

This document introduces the "harvest" that can be achieved by mixing an appropriate amount of "Gracera" into the soil, which enables the formation of granular structure and is expected to effectively utilize porosity to increase indigenous bacteria. Data shows that in Japanese farmland, yields increased by 20-30%, and in Chinese farmland, yields reportedly increased by 40-48%. We have received reports that in Vietnamese farmland, harvesting was possible one week earlier than usual. 【Contents (excerpt)】 ■ Granular structure soil ■ Comparative cultivation of cucumbers ■ Test cultivation of mini tomatoes ■ Cabbage field ■ Cultivation in Chinese farmland *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Lightweight fill: Lightweight glass foam material S2, replacing soil on weak ground for roads.

Construction Example: Improvement Work in the Minami Area of the Osaka North Road. Ideal for reducing settlement on soft ground roads! Easy to construct with standard heavy machinery.

Lightweight glass foam material is a porous lightweight foamed material made from recycled waste glass, used for lightweight embankment construction. In the civil engineering and construction fields, it takes advantage of its lightweight properties to reduce settlement in embankments and road elevation corrections on soft ground, alleviate wall pressure behind retaining walls, and lessen the load on underground structures. It can also be utilized as a mixed lightweight soil using excavated soil generated on-site. There are numerous delivery records, primarily in public works by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and various prefectural governments, including highways and private projects. Since lightweight glass foam material is made from waste glass bottles, it does not leach harmful substances, complies with soil environmental standards, and contributes to a recycling-oriented society. Lightweight glass foam material is an eco-mark product (17 131 006). - Features ○ For civil engineering, it is a gravel-like porous body ranging from 2 to 75 mm ○ Easy construction with compaction using standard heavy machinery ○ Excellent drainage even during compaction ○ Lightweight and easy to handle, with no preparation curing period, allowing for shortened construction time ○ High flexibility at the construction site, enabling work even with distorted terrain or buried pipes. Suitable for large projects as well ○ Can be combined with other lightweight materials ○ Eco-mark product (17 131 006) ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog to view.
